Tools & Advice

This section contains resources to assist volunteers with forming and maintaining successful partnerships with schools.

The Alumni Survey streamlines the volunteer recruitment process by providing a way for interested volunteers to submit their contact information and activity interests. The Activity Reporting Tool helps measure the impact of the partnerships by collecting details on volunteer activities.

Feel free to browse the Top Ten Partnership Activities to give you an idea of what our partnerships are currently doing.

The Advice section is a collection of knowledge from volunteers and school staff who have participated in partnerships and who have shared successful strategies and suggestions on how to deal with common problems.

Use the menu on the left to access these resources and access the advice from other partnerships. You can also read reports from each workshop that go into more detail on specific topics.

Download the Partnership Packet (PDF) for step-by-step instructions, advice and useful forms to help you develop a partnership.
